CHILD POLICY
Same rates
apply to children as adults. A portable cot is available for infants at a
lower rate and that infant is only charged for the use of the cot rather than as
an extra person in a bed.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A one night deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Guests will be asked to pay the balance owing upon check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
While our
cancellation policy is not rigid, our philosophy is that most individuals are
reasonable and honest in their intentions. There are events and
circumstances where plans must be abandoned. Please let us know as soon as
possible, given a several day band in the *peak periods, rooms will often be
filled by other visitors. In any event we must have 48 hours notice of any
cancellation.
Our policy
is somewhat tailored should the booking be for two or three rooms or for an
extended visit. We would ask for 72 hours notice for a cancelled room.
If less than this notice was given and were able to fill the vacancy we would
certainly not enforce our right to charge the customary one night penalty within
the hospitality business.
To further
protect you as our guest, where couples are travelling together we require
a different deposit for each party for each party, as the tendency for a cancellation
is increased where more than one couple is involved. Should a cancellation
then occur we would then charge each card for one night stay, rather than
billing the organiser for all rooms affected.
We trust you understand.
* Peak periods include Easter; Country Music Festival (September-October); Jazz, Food & Wine
Festival (November); Willowfest Australian Cricket Club Championships (Dec/Jan); Long Weekends; and Christmas/New Year Breaks.
